Shannan first showcased his skills as a fitness trainer and mentor on the hit TV show The Biggest Loser Australia. His passion and expertise helped contestants reach their personal goals and made him the most successful trainer on the show, he was also the only trainer to appear in all 11 seasons.

Always looking to challenge himself and step out of his comfort zone, Shannan appeared in season 1 of Channel 7’s hit show SAS Australia: Who Dares Wins, and made it to the final five before having to withdraw after suffering hypothermia three times. He also took on a challenge of a different kind appearing in The All New Monty: Guys & Gals in 2020.

Shannan is a proud Ambassador for a number of charity organisations including Cure Cancer Australia, Melanoma Institute Australia, Muscular Dystrophy NSW and Canteen.
